Body Scan
What are the course contents?
In 8 sessions mindfulness is taught with holistic exercises for stress reduction suitable for everyday life, practiced together in the course and practised at home with the help of Mp3 files.
These are the basic exercises:
  • Mindfulness exercises in sitting, lying, walking (body scan, meditation) and in movement (mindful yoga) to improve body awareness
  • Integration of exercises in everyday situations
  • Short lectures and group work on the background of stress development, main topics such as dealing with stress, guidance for self-observation especially in stressful situations, ability for self-reflection, recognition of relationship patterns and learning of alternative behaviours that have a positive effect on life and health.

  •     receive suggestions for the integration of mindfulness exercises in the respective context

Regular practice of mindfulness exercises at home is supported by MP3's, as integration into everyday life is an important element.
target group:
  •     MBSR Training is suitable for EVERYONE effectively and sustainably.
Prerequisite:
  • MBSR is a program that requires participation.
  • Independent practice between the individual course units
  • Readiness for self-awareness and self-reflection required.
