Mindfulness at work

This intensive two-day workshop conveys important basics of mindfulness that help in everyday life in order to be able to deal with work intensification or stressed encounters constructively, instead of being worn down by it. A basic understanding of mindfulness is presented and how mindfulness can be developed as an attitude in the profession.
Together we practice workplace-compatible exercises that everyone can use to keep mindful every day. The practicable relation to the workplace is very important, therefore ideologically neutral exercises are shown that have nothing esoteric about them.
At the end of the workshop, each participant receives mp3 files with the mindfulness exercises so that they can continue to practice them independently after the workshop.

Topic:
The concept of mindfulness / The practice of mindfulness: Attitude and method - self-regulatory skills such as mindfulness control, emotion regulation and body perceptions / Mindfulness in meeting others / benefits in work as well as in contact with customers and in relation to your own self / Mindfulness-oriented work in different ways Settings (individual contact, group contact, sales area) / Intensive exchange in the seminar group.
Readiness for self-awareness and self-reflection are required.

Investment
440 € seminar fee including documents and meals during the day. An overnight stay in the academy's inn can be booked for € 74.50 per night if required. Single room with shower / toilet including breakfast
