Somewhere beyond right and wrong is a garden. I will meet you there.

The inner attitude of mindfulness
Even though it may be easy to practice mindfulness, it is not necessarily easy. It is a supportive inner attitude to learn to deal with the obstacles in life such as impatience, boredom, expectation pressure, time pressure, fear, distrust or indecisiveness that one can encounter on the path of mindfulness because the forces, which counteract - namely the habitual inattentiveness and behavior patterns - are extremely persistent. Therefore, it is supportive to reflect, to research and to find out what is helpful and what is not, the attitude with which we approach the exercises.
Those who practice mindfulness can find that relationships with themselves and others - and thus life as a whole - change in a beneficial way. However, this change does not happen so much through improved attention, but above all through a change in inner attitudes.
These are the attitudes that form the heart of mindfulness practice:
Not judging
Fast "pigeonholing" and the habits of judging "pleasant" or "unpleasant" guide us to automatic and unconscious action. When a judgment arises in the mind, we should recognize it as such and at the same time observe it from a certain distance without evaluating it or reacting to it in any way. Thus, we identify less with the current situation, mixed with past experiences or memories, and can increasingly develop a more objective self-determination.

Patience
Everything in life takes time to develop and grow when the time is right. Cultivating a patient attitude with oneself means being in the here and now. With serenity and inner calm.

Beginner's mind
In order to see the richness of the moment, we should cultivate the "spirit of the beginner" who is ready to look at everything as if it were the first time. An attitude of openness, curiosity, impartiality, free of expectations. "Always a fresh moment".

Trust
It is a feeling of confidence or inner conviction that things are developing in a reliable framework. The more trust you develop in your own being, the easier it will be for you to also trust your fellow human beings. Everything you need is within you.

Non-Striving
The best way to get results is to let go of the pursuit of goals and instead focus all your attention on seeing things as they are. This attitude calls for acknowledging, allowing the present moment as it is now.
Wanting to be somewhere else helps to lose the real moment when we can actually change something: the present moment.

Acceptance
Before you can change, you should first accept it. Accepting a situation or situation as it is means creating the climate in which healing takes place. Getting along with what is. Start where you are.
It means not additionally encountering unpleasant events with inner resistance and thus unnecessarily wasting a lot of energy in our heated thoughts and feelings.

Letting go - Letting be
It means deliberately surrendering to the current of moments. Recognize / acknowledge and allow for retracted, hardened views, thought patterns and behaviors. This frees the mind for clear perceptions in the present moment.

Apart from these seven basic postural aspects, there are other mental and spiritual qualities that contribute to the expansion and deepening of mindfulness in us:
Consideration, tolerance, forgiveness, benevolence, serenity, compassion as well as "joy".
And
Gratitude

Focusing on the beautiful things in life for which we can be thankful frees us from difficult emotions. To consciously perceive small life situations, to be genuinely and sincerely grateful for it, leaves no room for anger, anger, greed etc. Gratitude is a cure.
Generosity
An unconditional, natural need is to support the happiness of others. We can also nurture our own happiness. A strong bond with all living beings and the nature of the earth.

In some ways, these traits are linked to the seven others.
